Vulnerability - VITAL leaders share themselves freely, creating a sense of affinity and connection with others. In addition to their vision and mission, they also share their struggles and failures (story) and what most breaks their heart (the call).
Integrity - VITAL leaders align their thoughts and actions with their purpose. With the power of their word, they bring integrity to their most important relationships and key life areas. They take full ownership for their actions and the impacts of those actions. They create fulfilling relationships that support them living their purpose with joy, creativity, power and freedom.
Transformation - VITAL leaders transform and overcome limiting beliefs and ways of being that impede the expression of their purpose. They regenerate themselves from their purpose and continue taking action. If they cannot transform their limiting beliefs and states and generate themselves, they then request help, support and coaching from others. VITAL leaders also transform others.
