THE LEADER PURPOSE INTENSIVE (LPI) IS A 4-DAY INTENSIVE TO DISCOVER AND ACTIVATE YOUR PURPOSE, AND LEAD WITH CLARITY AND COURAGE.
LPI overview
The LPI is a four-day intensive for private sector leaders who are called to meet this moment, who know they are needed, and must bring forth their unique gifts for the greatest benefit.
These times call for a new type of leader. To lead through these time of accelerating volatility, uncertainty, chaos and ambiguity (AVUCA), or what William Strauss and Neil Howe refer to as “the fourth turning”, a 24-year period (2008-2032) of dissolution, disruption, and co-creation, leaders and organizations must be sourced in their purpose and values in order to meet each moment with clarity, agility and creativity.
The LPI is co-facilitated by two Certified Purpose GuidesTM, Susan Lucci and Brandon Peele, as well as by Mother Nature, and your ancestral dishes (details below).
In the LPI, Susan and Brandon will guide you through ten immersive purpose discovery and activation exercises to reveal new aspects of your purpose, and empower you to craft the next chapter of your leadership with clarity and courage.
Mother Nature will guide you into a deeper sense of awe, peace and connection, through her birdsong, deer, foxes, and wind, through her breathtaking vistas, rivers, sunsets, moon, and stars. Dawn and dusk will be your companions.
The LPI is not only a "discover and receive" endeavor, but one also guided and generated by you, into deeper connection with your soul and the souls of other leaders. To aid this, you will prepare and share a family / ancestral meal for the group.
Blue Oaks
Blue Oaks is a 187-acre property in Mariposa, CA, overlooking the Central Valley to the Coastal Range and Mt. Diablo to the west, and towards Yosemite to the east. The house is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a large indoor gathering area, multiple outdoor gathering areas, a wrap around porch, a full kitchen and ping-pong room.
