If you are in the exploration phase of what your path to purposeful leadership could look like and want to connect with other emerging leaders, please explore, the invite-only, complimentary "Purposeful Leader Mastermind".   The group is comprised of emerging leaders, leaders in the purpose space, as well as people who are already on their journey to purpose discovery and purposeful leadership.  

THE PURPOSEFUL LEADER MASTERMIND

The Mastermind is comprised of two key components.  The first is the weekly group training and coaching Mastermind calls at 11AM PST every Wednesday.  On these calls, we explore distinct topics related to purpose-driven leadership, such as:

The second key component of the Mastermind is the private invite-only Facebook Group, where we connect in between the calls and support each other on our journey.  This Mastermind is also complimentary, but it requires that you actively engage and contribute to others.  To join the Mastermind, please read the following and, if it suits you, apply at the bottom of this page.

  3. Safety. Create a loving, safe space for you to be fully yourself, where the fullness of every person in the tribe and the whole spectrum of the human experience, emotions, judgments, life phases are welcome.
  4. Empowerment. Empower you to lead; develop you as a leader in the tribe’s ownership, growth and facilitation.

WHO THIS MASTERMIND IS FOR:

This Mastermind is for you if finding, living, loving and leading with your life’s purpose is your top priority (after paying your bills, of course). It is only for you if you’re craving a highly engaged global tribe of authentic leaders on a quest. If you’re devoted to a life of breakthroughs in performance, impact, meaning, abundance and connection, I invite you to apply.
  1. Evolved / evolving women and men. Men especially, must be far along the path toward the evolved, powerful, embodied and compassionate masculine. Men must see that their path forward as a purpose-driven leader is inherently a descent into the feminine. Purpose / soul work is a distinctly feminine inquiry and evolution, as it is descent into the flesh, the Earth, shadow, mystery, into the agape of process and aligned action. High-performance leadership also includes an inherently receptive energy- listening, empathy, reflection, relatedness, creativity, service, integrity, empowerment, compassion and mentorship (Mastering Leadership, Anderson and Adams, 2016). Further, men in this tribe must bring an awareness of and compassion for the state of women in the world, as especially women in leadership of our economic and social institutions. Men must hold themselves to the highest possible standard of conduct, as kind, respectful and compassionate allies, being intensely introspective, cultivating shadow awareness, being open to feedback, intentionally integrating their feminine and standing for the full purposeful expression of the feminine in leadership, and especially in this tribe.
  2. Leaders on a mission. This Mastermind is THE place to be to rapidly accelerate your purpose-driven leadership, to develop a legendary, high-integrity, creative, rewarding and lucrative career that leaves the world a better place on the net. You are invited to make as many of the live calls as you can. If you must miss a call, you commit to listening to the call recording within 48 hours, as the discussion in the Mastermind will revolve around the calls.
  3. People who love contributing to people. You commit to comes from a place of service and stand for the fullness of each member’s purpose-driven leadership. You are invited to visit the Facebook group as much as you like. To create an active and mutually exciting place to be, please comment in the group at least 3 times a week, offering encouragement and reflections (but not unsolicited or hostile judgments). Please use “I statements” - talking about your own experience, distinguishing the data from feelings, observations, judgments and requests. When in doubt how something will land, or if you have a charge with another PLM member, consider taking it offline, via private message or FB video. When posting new posts, please share why the post is personally important, interesting or exciting and tag at least two other members who you are especially interested to hear from.
  4. People who want to be known for who they really are. Each member introduces themselves, a short bio, their current purpose (or state of it’s unfolding), shares a picture and their website (if they have one) when they join, which will be shared as a post and included in the tribe’s profile directory. Each member feels free to be fully seen and welcomes acknowledgement, praise and reflection.
Who this is not for:
  • Folks who do not want to actively engage, transform, support others.
  • Folks who like to lurk and hide out.
  • Folks who want to rant, provoke and throw grenades in foxholes.

  • Be kind, supportive, insightful, reflective and ready to transform.
  • Stand for the greatness of everyone in the tribe.
  • No gossip - if you are not satisfied with your experience, or upset in some way, please bring your concern to, and/or request coaching from, Brandon.
